Long and lean

As much as I like skinny pants, nothing in the world can make a girl feel leaner than a good pair of long, slightly boot cut pants, especially if she has muscular thighs, like me. Gap still makes great fitting pants, even if everything else they has is a bit blah. I wish they would take a cue from J.Crew and make some brighter clothes!

And speaking of skinny pants (well, jeans in this case), I made the mistake of going into Anthro yesterday and tried on a pair of AG skinnies and JBrand skinnies and loved both.

Do I really need a pair of lilac AND pink jeans? Probably not. Do I want them? Of course. Decisions decisions!

    You are so right about a nice wide leg pant making you look long and lean. I love me some skinnies too, but my wide legged trousers have turned into another favorite. Love your sweater too! Heather

    And you're absolutely right.... there's something about that wider legged jean. I'm wearing a pair today with heels and I feel so tall! lol

    I like the Gap jeans and those pink jeans. They are building an Anthro in my neighborhood. Right now I don't shop there often, since all of the stores are 45 min away from me.

    I almost didn't recognize you scrolling through my blogroll without pink! Love the striped top. I wish I could find some bootcut jeans that fit so well! They're often way too long (petites too short), and hemming ruins the legline. Ahwell when I find a pair I'll have to buy doubles.

    I like the brighter jeans you tried on. I think they fit better and would suit your closet.
