I have always wondered why you can spell gray/grey 2 different ways and if one is more correct than the other. I have not really cared enough to look it up so if anyone has a quick explanation, I'd appreciate it!

Over the week, my hair was trimmed by a different hairstylist who did a pretty good job. And I paired about 10% of what I normally do. Hmmm...I know there is a lesson in here somewhere.

  2. I want to say it's British English vs. American English but i'm not 100%. Either way, gray/grey looks great on you!

  3. LOL, I think all of us participants are wondering about the gray/grey! I think Crayola used to have it as "grey" but I don't remember for certain! Cause you know, Crayola is the expert on color!

I love your outfit - the ruffles in the sweater are so fun and the various shades go very nicely together. Very put together and nice outfit!

  4. Cee is right-gray is American and grey is British/Canadian (I looked it up!) :) What a beautiful outfit-I just love the ruffles and those boots are beautiful!

  5. LOL I use them interchangeably as well and have never been corrected or called out so either both are correct or no one knows which one is :P

  6. I prefer the british spelling myself! I don't know why, the e just seems so much more pleasant to look at.

Love the detailing on that cardigan!

  7. I never know whether to use grey or gray. Either way, your mix of neutrals is pretty.

  8. Oooh I love that cardigan. It's that perfect shade of nearly purple-y grey, and those adorable ruffles! I always used the spelling "grey" because it looks "more right" to me.

  10. I adamantly use "grey" and for no logical reason. I think it could have been that I grew up with a kid whose last name was "Gray" and so I wanted to make sure to not confuse his family with the colour.
