We were supposed to go to Dallas to run the White Rock Lake marathon and half, but Joe's achille's has been bothering him and he wasn't feeling 100%. So he didn't drive up and I didn't fly up (luckily we got a credit from Continental for the flight, so it wasn't a total loss!). Instead we stayed home, ate pizza and watched the movie Candy, with Heath Ledger and Abbie Cornish. Great movie, although a little depressing.
I also got some happy mail yesterday: some stamps I ordered from Cats Life Press. They are so fun!
We will be going to yoga this morning, having some brunch with friends and maybe doing some Christmas shopping today. I feel bad for not seeing Mom and Dad, but fortunately they are driving down next weekend so we can start our Christmas early!
