My babes just finished his 4th Ironman today. He did it in about 10hrs30min, his fastest yet! I am so proud of him! Unfortunately I don't think it will qualify him for Kona but still, he's an ironman!
J should be very proud. That is fast and a long time to be swimming / biking / running! Most people would be challenged enough to just do the marathon part...
