I've had these pants for years; just lately haven't been overfond of the extremely wide leg. So I took them to the tailor last week.

They are still pretty wide, but I like the way they hang better. Nina Garcia was right; investing in a good tailor is worth it!

Cool use of a good tailor! I need to remember that option before I pitch/donate/consign an item.
Oh, and I love the duck-from-the-neighbor-pose. (I'm always pretending to take photos of trees, squirrels, fences, etc. whenever someone walks down the sidewalk and catches me taking self portraits)
