So I made an executive decision last night when the temperatures were dropping in the 30s and 40s to switch out a t-shirt and tank to two sweaters instead. Since I hadn't yet worn those items, I figured I am still within my 30. Dressing for the fall can be tricky!

For some reason my lens focuses better when I am standing on the left (your right) than on the opposite side. Go figure.

2010 12 01 gratitude
For the last 3 years now, inspired by shimelle and Ali, I have kept a daily december scrapbook/journal to better appreciate the holiday season. This year, more than anything, I want to be thankful for what I have than what I don't have. For today, my theme is gratitude. I am so grateful to have gotten to see my baby nephew almost daily over his first year of life. He has been such a joy to our whole family! What are you grateful for?

I love your outfit! And with temperatures like that, I think it was a great executive decision! I'm pretty sure the 30 for 30 rules don't include "freezing"! And that's funny about your left handed lens! Oh, and I'm grateful that despite all the complicatedness of my life that I have an awesome wife and the prosperity and opportunity to have a style blog! I know that's an odd combo... but my life is weird! :)

I like the pink sweater with the striped top! These days I'm grateful for my sense of humor, because sometimes I really need it.
