Cinco: Bright Sunshine-y Day

earrings&necklace: Collingnon Designs, gift'd&remix'd
cuff: Tiffany's, gift'd&remix'd

I used to think I shouldn't wear yellow because of my skin tone. Now I am obsessed with all things bright and yellow, especially for the summer. I figured a tank would be a good place to start out.

My hair has been growing out since it was last cut before I left for India. I'm not quite sure what I am going to do with it just yet but it's getting to the length where it's starting to drive me a little crazy. I'm thinking I am going to grow out some of the layers a go for a short bob. Going to see my stylist tomorrow, so we'll see what happens!

Yellow looks great on you! For a long time, I avoided yellow, too. It wasn't "supposed" to look good against our golden undertones. Now I wear own several yellow pieces.

Let us know what your stylist says! I always get excited about haircuts (even other people's).

That's how I've felt about yellow too, but I wear it anyway. And you, my dear, look beautiful in yellow!

I think many people are under bad impressions of yellow. The nearly neon yellow and white looks just wonderful on your tanned skin. And fyi, that skirt is awesome.

I dunno if you saw my response about my hair, but I'm trying to generally let it grow, but once it gets long enough in front I'll be getting an a-lineish bob with blunt bangs.

I'm at the same hair-stage of growing out as you. Yours grows so much faster! Can't wait to see what you decide to do.

Hehehe, I'm "yellow" too, and am also a fan of brights and pale yellows. Mustards not so much, probably because I'm dark yellow, haha. This neon color look fab on you!

I'm pretty sure that all those things we convinced ourselves look bad on us only exist in our heads. I think there is always a way to make a color, print or style work.

Gah!! I love your sandals. Stumbled here from Linda's blog. Great summery outfit, light and crisp! I've always wondered about yellow on me... now reconsidering.
