Part of my quiet weekend was spent getting caught up with different creative projects.

A quarter through the year and I am still loving this project and album.

I enlarged a photo to 6x12 of my nephews (a.k.a. the boys, cuties or my babies) and got it enlarged at Costco. LOVE it and will be doing many more.

I also like that I have been choosing favorite photos/memories from each week and not worrying about getting every photo-of-the-day. Some days are just more full than others.

The boys are so stinkin' cute. I really need to use my big camera to take better pictures of them more often!

The other half of the 6x12 print.

I used a lot of digital elements for my journaling, which makes putting the album together so easy.

I also like that I start the week on a Sunday and end on a Saturday. It matches my yoga practice schedule and these days, it's all about the yoga (or mostly about the yoga).

Which brings us to the last week in April, the week I participated in Ali's Week in the Life project. I kept it super simple since I actually made WITL pages for another album. I mentioned before that I thought it was overkill and in a way it was, but now that it's done I am glad I finished.

So for this week I did just choose one photo per day. I like that the ones I have for me and Joe are of our feet!

Again, I love using enlarged photos. I cheat and use Photoshop to cut the photo into 4x6 size so I can print them cheaper and then put them together like a puzzle. But they have a great impact.
And April is all done!

Did you write all the stuff with the white pen? If so, you've got some fantastic handwriting - this is so creative! (And see, I'm still procrastinating and haven't started anything yet - but step one would be to remember to start bringing my camera places)!
Your scrapbooking is just amazing! I love it!
