Yoga does a body good
I was never very good at sports growing up. Never made any teams, ran a little bit of cross country and track and the only award I won was for best effort (my little sis, on the other hand, always got most valuable in track!). Fastforward 20 years and I have finally found something I am halfway decent at. I love that it's a physical and mental workout. I practice mysore ashtanga yoga, which is self-paced high intensity. Unfortunately this high-power is causing my back some problems, which I am hoping to work on in the next few weeks with the help of my trusty chiropractor, but otherwise I am loving it!

I am a big yoga fan too.
Good for you. I am so uncoordinated and never played sports growing up. I had a short running (well, jogging) stint where I did some short races and ran regularly, but I hated it--it was simply the only form of exercise I could actually do (one foot in front of the other)! I have taken yoga classes at gyms off and on, but currently I have an apartment building gym so yoga would be expensive. So once-a-week sessions with the elliptical machine it is! Thankfully city-living makes me walk, or else I'd be completely sedentary!
