I was never a very athletic kid growing up. I ended up running track and cross country because I wasn't coordinated enough for sports that involved any balls (something about hand-eye-coordination).
Fast forward a few (ahem) decades later and I've finally found my groove. I still run to keep in shape but my passion is Ashtanga yoga. Love love love it. Even when my back is screaming the next day from doing whatever backbend-y pose my instructor has given me.
The hubs and I are doing a yoga clinic this weekend. Can't wait!

I bow to you, yoga guru! I have been doing yoga for a few years now, but informally and still consider myself a beginner/intermediate. You rock!
