Today marks the start my third 30-for-30 challenge. I am doing things a bit differently this time around:
1) I have a general idea of what I want to wear but I haven't picked all 30 items yet. I was planning on wearing as I go and stopping picking new stuff when I hit 30.
2) We have a vacation planned on July 1 in South Beach (trip #2 there this year!) and will not be including those outfits in my 30. Beach wear and office wear really do not mix and match.
3) I will attempt to not shop over the next month.
So here is outfit numero uno:
1 top: Anthro, remix'd
2 skirt: Martin+Osa
3 pumps: Jeffrey Campbell, remix'd
earrings: gift'd&remix'd
leather bangles: India, remix'd
cuff: Tiffany's, gift'd&remix'd
belt: Anthro, remix'd
I have had this skirt for 2+ years and this is the first time I have worn it. Shame on me, I know. I bought it when I first started wanting to wear skirts again and didn't realize that their sizing is a bit different from pants, so the waist is a bit too big. Good thing for stretchy belts!
Good luck to those of you participating!

Stretchy belts really are amazing. I love that skirt! I'm still on the hunt for a great white skirt like that.
Come take a look inside A Working Mom's Closet
That skirt is amazing! I'm glad you're getting to wear it now. White/Pink outfits are becoming one of my favorites.
Haha, I was just going to say that skirt looked new. I love the nice crisp summery white. I'm glad the bow pumps were the first shoes to make it in!
I love this whole outfit! Especially those shoes! Those are simply amazing!
I like the pink. I think I'm skipping the 30x30 challenge this week, but I'm a little sad about that.
I love this outfit- very classic and chic! I like your idea of picking pieces as you go along- I might try that next time around. I cant wait to follow along with your remixing!
Cute! We're going on vacation during this challenge too, but my day-to-day is pretty casual, so I'm hoping to keep up the challenge while we're there.
Very cute start, and I like the idea of choosing garments as the challenge progresses.
beautiful skirt....
cute shoes!
Those shoes are stunning. They are neutral and easily re-mixable, but also fun enough to bring a smile to your face.
BTW, I have the Calypso St. Barth maxi dress and love it. It looks fantastic on you!!
I had to opt out this round. I am too stressed, but I'll be cheering you on! Btw, your hair has grown so long! It gives me hope that growing pixie cuts out is possible. You look lovely my dear. : )
I love this skirt! I can't believe you've had it for so long and haven't worn it! :) It's sooo pretty. Is the waistband something that could be altered easily?
Fabulous look! The skirt is my favorite.
You look adorable! So polished.
