Taking them for a test run
tank: UO, remix'd
jeans: Gap, remix'd
boots: Target
earrings: Francesca's, remix'd
cuff: Tiffany's, gift'd&remix'd
This is what I wore to see Erasure last weekend. What a fabulous concert! I will always be an 80s girl at heart.
I bought these boots on a whim from Target last month because I have been obsessed with getting a pair of "tough" booties ever since seeing them on the models on the All Saints website a couple years ago. I did not, however, want to drop almost $300 for a pair.
This pair from Tar-jay, while definitely not as cool as any from All Saints, will do the trick to satisfy my craving, especially at 10% of the price. We will see how long I wear them; maybe I will still want to be cool in my 50s!

I saw Erasure in concert in 1989 or 1990 in Toronto. Best show ever! Andy Bell is so animated.
You'll be unsurprised to hear that I ADORE the new boots!
What a cute look! I think you're definitely channeling the All Saints feel. The boots I would have never guessed came from target. I've never even looked the All Saints shoe portion - I'm afraid to. I do enough damage with their clothing!
Love your boots. I got some similar ones at TJ Maxx. Haven't worn them yet, but you inspired me to try to get them with an outfit.
YOU LOOK AWESOME!!!

I am in my 50's. I like to think I'm cool on occasions. Although it wasn't cool that I thought Erazer was a movie. Ha-ha! I adore the Black Tunic you are wearing. It's very cool on you.
definitely cool boots - and sometimes the target version is just enough to fill the void.
Chic on the Cheap
You will ABSOLUTELY still be cool in your '50s! THis outfit is so phenomenally badass. I love it.
