Free baklava is always something to smile about.
And I absolutely adore this photo. Love his preppy outfit!
Lululemon.
Meeting Tally Hall, the goalie for the Houston Dynamos.
Hanging out with our friend visiting from London.
Cooking breakfast for some other friends.
Sharing some Easter bunny secrets.
I finished The Hunger Games series (borrowed my friend's Kindle and read them there. Less space but no fun book to take a photo of!). They were so good and so much better than Twilight! Now I need to go see the movie!

The sight and smell of jasmine in the spring always makes me happy.
H-town will never be beautiful but it can be somewhat scenic.
Our niece is in middle school now. She is a sweet girl; I wish she would come out of her shell a bit more.
Wine and gelato. Enough said.
We've been trying to eat more greens and less carbs this week.
My cutie patootie.
Sharing a moment with JJ. He is so sweet these days, I can hardly stand it! So glad his "no!" phase ended as quickly as it came.
What little things made you smile this week?

As I am struggling to re-find my blogging voice, I don't want to lose sight of the little things that make me smile.

DD turned one on the 17th! My babies (not technically mine, but I love them as if) are growing too fast!

Celebrating friend's birthdays.

Joe's mom in town for a visit, and getting her hair done.

Fun $1 scrappy supplies

Hanging out with my mom too!

Riding bikes with Joe's fam.

Sunset on the lake.

12 photos on the 12th of the month!

1. The usual start to our day.

2. Home practice since I didn't wake up in a timely fashion to go to class.

3. A humid and dewey morning drive to work.

4. Mid morning snack.

5. Home for lunch with the hubs.

6. The sun peeping out!

7. Mid afternoon snack.

8. Driving home.

9. The hubs working from home.

10. Taking a walk.

11. Our neighborhood.

12. Winding down our day.
Yesterday was definitely a typical day in the E&J household. I expect, however, for our routine to change by next week. Will keep you posted!

I created 12 more scrapbook pages/mini books in February. I love playing with photos, paper and glue.
This boy loves half-price cake night.
This boy has the longest eyelashes ever! And he is walking now!
This boy has the sweetest giggle, especially when he is being mischievous.
What things made you smile this week?

{our Internet is down so I am posting from my phone so please excuse any wonkiness.}

We took JJ to the zoo sans his parents on Sunday. We can't decide if seeing the giraffe up close and personal or riding the camel on the carousel was our favorite part.

The boys are both so active right now they rarely stay still for pics! One problem with using the iPhone as my primary camera these days...slow shutter time.

I've been getting into American Idol this year, although I still think the judges are too nice and need to be more critical.
{This week my outfits have been putting me to sleep so we'll see if any get posted!}
