Because I worked all the way in Austin yesterday, I have today and tomorrow off! Nothing beats having a weekend in the middle of the week :)
top: Gap, remix'd
tunic: Uniqlo
cardi: Express, remix'd
jeans: Gap, remix'd
booties: Old Navy, remix'd
sunnies: Dsquared, remix'd
scarf&belt: Gap, remix'd
I bought this tunic from Uniqlo this summer but hadn't really figured out a good way to wear it. It has pockets (yay!) but they hit right at the widest part of my hips (boo!) so the proportions are off a little bit. I experimented with belting and layering it today and am satistifed with the results.
These skinny jeans are perfect for wearing under boots and can be dressed up or down!
Excuse me now while I go visit the peanut!

I'm so jealous that you can belt at your hips like that and look so awesome!
That cardigan is great - you should submit it on Everybody, Everywear! They're doing Breton Stripes today!!!
Have fun with your peanut! :)
Cute tunic! I love it layered with the cardigan.
The black dress I'm wearing today has pockets like that. I finally sewed them shut and cut of the excess fabric. I love pockets to death but not when they bulk up around the hip area.
I also have to say - I adore that white sparkly top in the roundup picture!!
I love how you show us your remixable items- it's SO helpful! And that caridgan is kind of amazing.
You look great! Nice cardigan and very versitile jeans (thanks for showing us the ways you remixed them)!
Also, love the pink scarf!

I'm sure you will find lots of ways to work the tunic when it gets warmer out - and always yay for pockets!

You manage to still look so tiny! I know if I tried this look, I would be so huge, haha! I can totally see you rocking this tunic with skinny leggings and tall heeled boots, too!
